The Relais Uffizi is a wonderful little hotel with a location that would be hard to beat anywhere in Florence. It's on a peaceful little lane that is off of the Piazza della Signoria. The Piazza is a gathering place that is complete with restaurants, shops, and places to rest your weary feet under statues that you studied about in your art history courses. Right around the corner from the hotel is the copy of "David" under the Loggia where you can sit and eat your lunch and people watch to your hearts content. |
