What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 13.00
Check out: 11:00
Before check-in and after check-out, you can leave your bags in storage free of charge.
Please also contact us if you already know you will arrive at a different time than those listed above.

 

Can I arrive after 14.00?
Yes, our reception desk is open 24 hours a day.

 

Can I pay with a Credit Card?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro e Carta, and American Express.

 

Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In case of a no-show or late cancellations, you will be charged for the first nights stay. For more details on cancellation policy, please read it during your on-line reservation.

 

Where can I park my car?
The hotel has a payment agreement with the Garage Giglio, near the Santa Maria Novella train station, with valet service (30,00 € per day).

 

Is there Internet access?
Yes, Wi-Fi Internet Connection is available throughout the hotel for free.

 

Are car or scooter rentals available?
Yes, our staff will be happy to help you rent a car, scooter or bike through the best companies available.

The Relais Uffizi can arrange any type of guided tour in Florenceor nearby cities. Also, we can make reservations for you at restaurants, theaters and the movies.
